Can I return an item?
Of course! Returns are as always possible. In order to deal with the exceptional situation we extended our return period to 45 days. This gives you more time to think and be sure that you love your new product.
Please be sure to keep the original packing if you want to return your item.
If you want to arrange a pick up of your items, please let our Client Service know. However, the delays for pick ups at your home are about 3 weeks at the moment.
Also please keep in mind that returns via Relay Points are not possible at the moment.
