Space age design

The MILKIWAY suspension tends to represent that form of design particularly developed in the 60s, a trend referred to as space age design. This movement was driven by a fascination with the conquest of space and technological advances, which were its main influences. Like our luminaire, interior design took on futuristic forms that were easy to integrate into the home. MILKIWAY takes up the idea of a softly bold form combined with sustainable materials that are elegant, simple and modern. With its organic, flowing silhouette, our pendant lamp will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, whether in the entrance hall, living room or bedroom.

Matt white glass

The shade of the MILKIWAY suspension lamp plays on superimpositions to bring an interesting luminosity to the whole composition. Its various parts are made of glass worked in pure matte white to provide a soft, pleasant diffusion, while brass details add a refined touch. MILKIWAY leaves no detail unturned, covering its classic adjustable cable with a black braided weave.
